Due to the COVID-19 health emergency, the Emergency Call Center 1529 was implemented. This center is enabled to serve indigenous women who are victims of violence in four Mayan languages. From 2020 to April 2024, a total of 9,169 calls requesting information were answered, 5,164 instances of guidance on various issues were provided, 132 coordinations with government agencies were made, and 2,624 follow-up calls were conducted.

Del 2020 a abril 2024, se atendieron un total de 9,169 llamadas de solicitud de información, 5,164 orientaciones por diversas problemáticas, 132 coordinaciones con instancias gubernamentales y 2,624 llamadas de seguimiento.
